Professional Experience
Throughout her legal career, Ashley’s experience covers a broad range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, dog attacks, and complex premises liability matters such as carbon monoxide poisoning. She has appeared before both trial courts and administrative bodies, earning a reputation for thorough preparation and persuasive advocacy.
Prior to entering private practice, Ashley served as a Volunteer Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. In that role, she handled a diverse docket of civil matters in both state and federal court.
She also provided pro bono estate planning services to terminally ill cancer patients—a deeply meaningful experience that reflects her enduring commitment to public service and protecting the vulnerable.
Ashley regularly presents continuing legal education programs on personal injury law, and enjoys mentoring young professionals and advocating for improved safety standards in both the workplace and public spaces.
Personal Interests
Outside of her legal work, Ashley enjoys hiking, exploring national parks, and supporting small, independent bookstores. She also loves visiting local orchards and farms with her family, especially in the fall.
