Richard J. Serpe is a Virginia personal injury and maritime attorney based in Norfolk. He has represented injured people and families for nearly 40 years, handling cases involving serious personal injuries, wrongful death, car and truck accidents, dog attacks, and accidents on the water throughout Norfolk, Hampton Roads, and across Virginia.
