Hampton Car Accident Flips SUV, Injures 2
A multi-vehicle accident in Hampton sent two people to the hospital on Wednesday. According to authorities, the crash occurred when a gold SUV was traveling northbound on North Armistead avenue and was struck by a white van heading eastbound on W. Pembroke avenue. The collision sent the SUV crashing into a black sedan in the westbound lane of W. Pembroke avenue before flipping upside down.
The drivers of the SUV and van were taken to the hospital with injuries described as non-life threatening. The details of this crash remain sparse, with police still investigating the accident. No charges have been filed against any of the drivers so far. That is, of course, subject to change once more is learned about how this incident occurred.
