Justice For Families

Motorcycle accidents are horrific events, especially when they result in the wrongful death of an innocent victim. The incident is made all the more awful when it turns out that the at-fault driver was driving under the influence.

In Virginia, certain family members may bring a claim for the losses they have suffered from the death of a loved one. Most often, these lawsuits are filed for the direct benefit of the surviving family members. Recovering damages from the person or entity responsible for the death can help hold negligent parties accountable.
